Kareena Kapoor Khan is a fitness freak. Even today, the paparazzi snapped her outside the gym in the city.Kareena kept it casual and wore a black tee and pants as she headed to the gym. Her t-shirt has ' I'm A Mess' printed on it.The Ki & Ka actor surprised everyone when she flaunted her abs during the trailer launch of her upcoming film Veere Di Wedding. Last year at an event, Kareena revealed that she doesn't go to the gym to attain a size zero figure. The actor stated, "If I am going to the gym, it is not for size zero. There are so many people say why does she leave her baby and go to the gym? I read comments. But it is okay to take time out and exercise. Because I want to feel good. Taimur stays happy. Then why not?"

 The actress hilariously added, "There is a pressure to have new clothes every day at the gym. Roz naya kahan se laon? But I love my photographers.
