Puri Jagannadh Interestings Comments on Akash Puri

Undoubtedly, Puri Jagannadh is one of the most wanted directors in TFI. Since the past few years, he has been facing a lot of criticism or his failures and he is back again with an interesting script Mehbooba and even launching his son Akash Puri with this project. Ahead of its release, the director has given an interview to the media and shared insights about Akash's acting and also regarding Mehbooba.

He recollected that Akash used to request him to rope him at least in a small role during childhood. During Chirutha, he gave him that chance and quite impressed with his performance. He also shared that the reason for producing this film by himself is due to lack of confidence in the distributors about Akash’s abilities. But after watching the promos, the director is back with a bang and going to regain his past glory.
