Jabardhast Anchor Rashmi Gautham on Casting Couch

Rashmi Gautham is a well Known face for Telugu audience. She is known for hosting the Telugu television comedy show Extra Jabardasth. Rashmi Gautham has also been the part of several Telugu movies –Current, Charuseela, Guntur Talkies, Antham, Next Nuvvu etc. Recently Rashmi Gautham  had a chat session with her fans on social media and she gave all the answer very cleverly. Rashmi Gautham also opened up about casting couch in Telugu film Industry.

When someone asked Rashmi Gautham, “who will be your choice, A well settled business man or a loving partner with not much bank balance…??Rashmi Gautham replied, “My choice is made he is well settled and is also a loving partner” When one fan asked Rashmi Gautham about the casting couch in Telugu Film Industry, Rashmi Gautham said “It is everywhere from normal business institutions to Film Industry. Stop highlighting the casting couch issue in Film Industry as it is a soft target and start doing something substantial to eradicate it.”

Rashmi Gautham’a fan Vicky said, “Because film industry is the place where u can highlight the issue and reach out to public the difficulties faced by women ..if sexual abuse happens in normal environment no one will showcase it”Rashmi Gautham said, “It does get showcased but we choose to look away from those issue as those lives are of no interest to many sadly”

Rashmi Gautham’s fan Venky Reddy said, “Agree, But u skipped my question”Rashmi Gautham replied, “Don’t even ask me about sexual exploitation did it not happen to me today some random guy choose to call me a WHORE as women we go thru it on daily basis.”

Telugu actress Sri Reddy’s protest against the casting couch has already shaken the entire Telugu film industry. In the past, Sri Reddy  revealed several names- Abhiram Daggubati, Kona Venkat, singer Sriram Chandra, comedian Viva Harsha who asked for sexual favours. Sri reddy also exposed Venkat Appa Rao for demanding sexual favours from upcoming actresses.
