There are several reports in the media regarding the health of Rana Daggubati.  The reports went on to say that Rana is suffering from some illness and he is going to visit the USA for a surgery..he has to stay there for some time to recover.  Rana's father Suresh Babu recently said that Rana is suffering from some eye-infection and he needs treatment. Rana fans became anxious with these reports 

But they got a huge relief as Rana has attended 64th Jio Filmfare Awards and he looked fit and fine.  Rana appeared in a gray colour suit in a thick beard look to receive the award.  It is known that he is maintaining beard look for his ongoing film 'Haathi Mere Saathi'.  As Rana appeared energetic throughout the event has fans became happy. Rana has won the black lady for his performance by competing with the likes of Prakash Raj, Sathyaraj. 

Rana is presently busy with several projects.  'Haathi Mere Saathi' is releasing in Telugu with the title 'Aranya'. He is entering Malayalam with the film 'Martanda Varma'.  This movie will be released in Telugu as well.
