Big Boss 2 got highest TRP rating in first week

Bigg Boss 2 Telugu, being hosted by Natural Star Nani has registered record TRP ratings and made Star Maa No 1 Telugu TV channel.

Natural Star Nani is the host of controversial reality show Bigg Boss 2 Telugu. It was launched on 10th June 2018 and received mixed response by the TV Viewers. 16 celebrities- Singer Geetha Madhuri, Amit Tiwari, TV 9 anchor Deepti, Tanish, Babu Gogineni, Bhanushree Mehra, rapper Roll Rida, anchor Syamala, actor Kireeti, Tejaswi Madivada, Deepthi Sunaina, Kaushal Manda, Samrat Reddy, Ganesh, Sanjana Anne and Nutan Naidu, entered in Bigg Boss 2 house. The TRP ratings for the first week of the  Telugu Bigg Boss 2 were released by BARC.

The launch episode of Bigg Boss 2 Telugu recorded a rating of 15.05 and it recorded 7.93 in the weekdays. With this, the Channel emerged as No.1.Rajiv Aluri, a senior employee from the TV channel, tweeted, “#BiggBossTelugu2 with @NameisNani launched with 15.05 TRP’s and channel growth to 850 GRP’s which is the Highest for @StarMaa Till Date and Channel at No.1”

The launch episode of  Bigg Boss season 1 hosted by young Tiger Jr NTR opened to a rating of 16.18 and the first week recorded 9.24.Miss Hyderabad and model Sanjana Anne was eliminated from the house in the first week and Nandini Rai, the model, Winner of Miss Andhra Pradesh title of 2010, and actress entered the Bigg Boss 2 house.

On the workside, Nani is busy in his upcoming multistarrer with Sriram Aditya in which he is sharing  the screen space with Akkineni Nagrajuna. Nagarjuna said, “This new film that I am doing with Nani is very much in the Rajkumar Hirani territory. I play a gangster and  Natural star Nani plays my doctor. It is a very warm-hearted funny script.”
