YSR biopic: Jagapathi Babu to play key role

Yatra, the biopic on former chief minister of erstwhile Andhra Pradesh YS Rajasekhara Reddy, is making headlines with some interesting casting choices made by the makers. Malayalam actor Mammootty is playing YSR's in the movie.Now, in an exclusive update, a close source informs us that star character artiste Jagapathi Babu will be reprising YSR's father YS Raja Reddy in Yatra. Needless to say that Jagapathi Babu, with his powerful screen presence, is an apt choice to play YS Raja Reddy.

Yeduguri Sandinti Raja Reddy was born in 1925. He was killed by his rivals in a crude bomb blast near a culvert in Vemula, Pulivendula, Kadapa, in May 1998. So, expect some fireworks from Jagapathi Babu with his intense portrayal of the slain leader.
