Sonam Kapoor's emotions are perfectly captured in this throwback wedding photo

2018 has been the best year for Sonam Kapoor, not only professionally but personally as well because the actress tied the knot with Anand Ahuja in May. The two made for the perfect bride and groom during an intimate Anand Karaj ceremony as Vogue documented it in their latest issue with Sonam and Anand as the cover stars. 

For the wedding, Sonam gave us major bridal fashion goals as she opted to be decked up in her favourite designer Anuradha Vakil's creation. The actress looked elegant in a red and gold embroidered lehenga which she styled with multiple necklaces, a beaded matha

patti and jhumkas. On the other hand, Anand complimented his bride in a Raghuvendra Rathore creation which was a dark beige bandhgala and he paired the look with layers of royal neckpieces and a beige safa.

A dream bride, indeed!Meanwhile, on the work front, Sonam is being praised for her brief but powerful role as Ruby in Sanju, which is a biopic based on the controversial actor, Sanjay Dutt. Sanju, which is directed by Rajkumar Hirani and stars Ranbir Kapoor as Dutt is inching closer to the Rs 150 crore mark at the box-office.
