Mithun Chakraborty's son Mahaakshay Chakraborty tied the knot with Madalsa Sharma on July 10 in Ooty. The couple headed to the US for their honeymoon, and has shared a picture from their trip. Mahaakshay got married to Madalsa after he was granted an anticipatory bail from a rape case. Madalsa looked chic in a pretty lilac corset dress and beige sandals, while Mahaakshay, fondly called Mimoh, was seen sporting a denim and tee with a muffler wrapped around his neck.The duo was supposed to get married on July 7, 2018, in father Mithun's Ooty hotel, which had to be postponed in view of the rape and cheating accusation on Mahaakshay. The disco dancer's son was granted interim relief from Delhi court, after which he got married to Madalsa on July 10.


An FIR was lodged pursuant to court's order on the complaint of a woman who alleged that Mahaakshay had cheated and raped her. She reportedly said he had physical relations with her for four years after promising to marry her. The court stated that prima facie, there are sufficient grounds for registration of an FIR against Yogita Bali and Mahaakshay, and to proceed further. The woman reportedly said in her complaint that when she was pregnant, Mahaakshay handed her medicine which led to an abortion.


 


In her complaint, she claimed that Yogita Bali had threatened her of dire consequences if she continues the relationship. The complainant also said in court that she moved to Delhi from Mumbai as she feared for her life in view of threats made by Bali and her son.
