Dhadak Review : Janhvi Makes An Impressive Debut Along With Ishaan!

Sridevi’s elder daughter’s Janhvi’s movie debut was much talked and the movie made it to theatres today. From premiers, the movie received grandly by  B Town people. People were in the queue to congratulate the young couple Ishaan and Janhvi for their stellar screen presence.

Dhadak came as Marathi Blockbuster “Sairat” remake, so the expectations and comparisons were sky high. But Shahid’s younger brother Ishaan made an outright confident debut and he, in a way stole the show from Janhvi with his antics, craziness, and innocence.

Jahnvi Kapoor, who is holding mountain high pressure gave her all in this debut. She is beautiful and has a great screen presence like her superstar mom. Since people scan every inch of her, there might be some negatives too, but as a debutante, she did an awesome job.

Shashank Khaitan, director of Dhadak made the film without loosing original’s flavor. Young love, troubles, and vulnerability were carried throughout.
