Basavataarakam As Jayalalithaa

The biopic season is currently going on in all the languages. Recently, the biopic of former actress and Tamil Nadu CM Jayalalithaa is announced. The audience are super excited about the film and the latest news about the movie increased the hype even more. There is a buzz that Bollywood beauty Vidya Balan is going to portray Jayalalithaa's role in the film. This would be a great opportunity for her. However, this is just a speculation and the makers are yet to take the final call on the role.

The film will be launched on 24th February on the occasion of Jayalalithaa's birth anniversary. There are so many expectations for this film. AL Vijay will be wielding the megaphone for this prestigious project. Interestingly, Vidya has signed in two biopics already. She is playing NTR's wife, Basavataarakam in 'NTR' and is going to play the role of former Indian Prime Minister, Indira Gandhi in a web series.
