Akkineni Akhil's movie shoots in Hyderabad Metro Rail

Young hero Akhil has finally recovered from the blow given by his debut film "Akhil" nearly after an year and half. Finally he has kickstarted the shooting of his next without much hungama and fanfare.


Guess what, in this film being directed by Vikram K Kumar of Ishq and Manam fame, there is another important debut that is happening. It's a tradition to shoot at Nampally Railway Station and Khairatabad MMTS station for people who want to show Hyderabad life. And now that the 16,000 crore rupees Metro project has come, Akhil and Co have decided to use it first. 


Even though Metro will make its official debut from June 2nd, currently trial runs are going on with nearly 4-5 cabs running between the JNTU and SR Nagar stations everyday. Actually Puri Jagan is said to have planned to shoot an action sequence but Akhil's film managed to shoot there. 


"We are the first unit to successfully shoot at the Metro. Beautiful to see this in Hyderabad. Under the supervision of action composer Bob Brown, we're shooting a stunning action sequence here" shared Akhil, when quizzed about this happening which started couple of days ago. So, get ready to see something new in this film folks as Metro Rail makes its debut in films.
