Born and brought up in Lucknow, She moved to Mumbai during her childhood. After competing school, she involved herself with the Prithvi Theaters in Mumbai where she eventually realized that stage is her first love. She enjoyed every aspect of the wondrous world of theaters.In 2013, she got an opportunity to work on a Television series "Yudh" with Anurag Kashyap starring Megastar Mr. Amitabh Bachchan. Aahana played the pivotal role of Mr. Bachchan's daughter.
