Payne debuted new hairstyle on Instagram on Tuesday and Cheryl was quick to give it a thumbs up, reports dailymail.co.uk."Fresh cuts," Payne captioned the image. Despite keeping their relationship relatively private, Cheryl wrote: "Love it!"
