Hyderabad Aug 04 : The Nakshatram movie is a cop drama comes with tagline ‘To Protect & Serve’. Nakshtram movie story is about common man’s dream as to become a ‘Police’ and his struggle to achieve his goal. For the first time, Sundeep Kishan took charge as a cop on screen. Sundeep Kishan plays a role Rama Rao who is a real and vulnerable common man and Regina Cassandra as Jamuna Rani. Sai Dharam Tej play a cameo as a cop in the movie, while Pragya Jaiswal is seen opposite to Tej. J. D. Chakravarthy, Tanish played the antagonist roles and Tanish is playing the Villan role for the first time in his career.

It’s been nearly three years since Krishna Vamsi’s last release. The performance of lead actors Sundeep Kishan, Sai Dharam Tej, Prakash Raj are really well executed. Not a single scene will disappoint audience when these 3 show up the screen. In the rainbow of Nakshatram, the two stars that will glow real bright with their sheer beauty and gorgeousness are the leading ladies of the film, Pragya Jaiswal and Regina Cassandra. As we all know Director Krishna Vamsi’s special hawk-eye which perfectly captures the beauty. It is to be noted that both the leading women are not mere eye candies in the film.

Regina plays an assistant choreographer in love with Sundeep Kishan while Pragya is an undercover cop who has a couple of fight sequences, one with Sundeep as well. The action sequences have come out really well and Cinematography by Srikanth Naroj is outstanding enhancing the directors’ vision.

Positives:
Performance of Lead characters
BGM
Action Sequences

Negatives:
No Gripping elements
Poor Screenplay
Slow narration at climax
