'Yuddham Sharanam' starring Naga Chaitanya, Lavanya Tripathi, Sreekanth and Revathi has arrived in theatres today. Here are the review highlights from the first half of the movie.Arjun (Naga Chaitanya) is a happy-go-lucky guy, an aspiring entrepreneur, who has his loving parents Murali and Seetha (Rao Ramesh and Revathi) and sisters as his pillars of strength.

The first half essentially is about establishing the bond between Arjun and his family and introducing various characters — Murali and Seetha, both doctors who spread happiness and attend to the poor in rural areas; Nayak (Sreekanth), a ruthless criminal who would do anything for money; JD Shastri (Murali Sharma), an elite anti-terrorism officer with Ravi Varma playing his deputy; Vinod Kumar, a corrupt minister involved in a massive land scam; Anjali (Lavanya Tripathi), an intern doctor, who falls in love with Arjun.

It's quite an interesting first half with debutant director Krishna R Muthu having done quite a good job. The interval bang promises to reveal the connect between the various characters and Nayak, the criminal.
