Poonam Kaur to be Brand Ambassador for AP Handlooms

Remember Poonam Kaur? She entered in Telugu film industry with  ‘Mayajalam’ directed by S. V. Krishna Reddy  in 2006. Though she has acted in various  Telugu movies like Oka `V` Chitram, Souryam, Nagavalli, Gaganam, Attack and Nayaki, but did not get much recognition. Currently the hottie is  busy in  photo shoots. Now according to the latest update, she has become the brand ambassador  for  Andhra Pradesh Handlooms.

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu  on Monday graced the inaugural of the Indian Open Snooker World ranking tournament . Poonam Kaur who was one of chief guests for the event confessed that she is a huge fan of TDP Supremo Naidu.  After presenting a specially designed handicrafts memento to AP CM  Naidu for helping students like her by setting up the international standard National Institute of Fashion Technology and the NALSAR University in Hyderabad which showed them a way to make a mark in their select fields, she was in for a pleasant surprise as the event was getting over.  Then, Babu surprised everyone by announcing that Poonam would be the brand ambassador for handloom of Andhra Pradesh. It was an evening which Poonam Kaur will remember forever.

Tollywood’s top actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu  has been working as brand ambassador for weaving works of Telangana state. Now Poonam will be doing the same for Andhra Pradesh.
