Driver Filed a Case against Actress Jyothika

A Case was Rigistered in a Magistrate Court in Chennai seeking action against Actress Jyothika for allegedly using abusive language in her new Tamil flick 'Naachiyaar'.


A driver named RAJAN approached the court alleging Jyothika who played a police officer in 'Naachiyaar' was seen denigrating women in the teaser. He mentioned in the petition that using such an abusive language is a punishable offense under Section 249b of IPC and Section 67 of the IT Act. Accepting the petition, Court has given a direction to cops to file case against Jyothika.  


'Naachiyaar' is directed by Bala of 'Sethu' and 'Siva Putrudu' fame. Jyothika and GV Prakask Kumar play lead roles.
