Actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui as a Politician in his biopic

Mumbai: Actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui is likely to play the role of Bal Thackeray in his biopic.
According to the report published in DNA, the details will be released in the first-look event in Mumbai on 21st December. Mr. Amitabh Bachchan will also attend the event.
However, when media persons contacted Mr. Siddiqui, he refused to comment. He told newsmen to wait for the official announcement.
Responding to the reports, Sanjay Raut, Shiv Sena Spokesperson and Rajyasabha MP laughed and said that at first look launch everything will be disclosed.

It may be mentioned that Sanjay Raut has scripted the story. He was inspired by Richard Attenborough’s Gandhi and Justin Chadwick’s Mandela: Long Walk to Freedom.
It is also reported that Mr. Raut further said he had spent a lot of time with Balasaheb. There was no interference from anyone including the family of Bal Thackeray, he added.
