Tamanna Bhatia Shared her Love for Yoga Since her childhood.

In 2005,  Tamanna  made her acting debut in the age of 15 in the Bollywood film, Chand Sa Roshan Chehra and appeared in Abhijeet Sawant album song "Lafzon main" from the album Aapka Abhijeet which was also released in the year 2005, before working in Telugu cinema and Tamil cinema. In the same year, Tamannaah made her Telugu film debut in Sri, and the next year she appeared in her first Tamil movie, Kedi. In 2007, she starred in two college-life-based drama films, Happy Days in Telugu and Kalloori in Tamil.

She thus established herself as one of the leading contemporary actresses in Telugu cinema and Tamil cinema. She is one of the highest paid actresses in South Indian cinema. She has acted nearly 60 films in three different languages.Movie lovers still cannot forget her beautiful temptations as Avantika in Rajamouli's magnum opus Baahubali. She is now turning Queen in the remake of Bollywood hit Queen.

Tamannaah speaking to scribes shared her love for yoga since her childhood. She revealed it took years for her to find the right teacher in form of Ruhee, teacher at Bharat Thakur Yoga Institute and wife of cinematographer Senthil Kumar.

“We became good friends ever since the song shoot for Baahubali. We share good rapport and the connectivity helped me to follow the right diet and activity,” shared Tammu who pins high hopes on her next Telugu outing Naa Nuvve co-starring Kalyan Ram.
