Naa Nuvve starring Nandamuri Kalyan Ram, milky beauty Tamannah Bhatia, Posani Krishna Murali and Vennela Kishore, directed by Jayendra Panchapakesan has hit the theaters today.  Kalyan Ram was last seen in  Upendra Madhav’s MLA, which was bombed at the box office and the actor needs a hit movie to bounce back. Let’s see the storyline of Naa Nuvve.

Story of Naa Nuvve : RJ Meera (Tamannah Bhatia) who believes it’s destiny that brought Varun (Kalyan Ram) into her life. She falls in love with Varun whose photo she finds inside the book. On the other side, Varun doesn’t believe in the magic of destiny.  Soon Meera meets Varun and tells to him that she loves him. Varun put a test for Meera  in the name of destiny, to prove her wrong. What happens next? Form rest of the story.

Naa Nuvve Minus Points:

Execution, Narration

Direction

Slow pace

Drags

Lack of romance

Comedy

Performance: Nandamuri Kalyan Ram attracted  the attention of viewers with his performance showing different kinds of expressions and emotions. This is the first time Kalyanram acted in full fledge romantic entertainer. Tamannah Bhatia justifies with her role. She attracts with her glamour and expressions. Vennela Kishore and  Bithiri Sathi evoked few laughs. Tanikella Bharani got limited screen space but delivers his best. Praveen is good. Priyadarshi Pulikonda, Posani Krishna Murali and LB Sriram are ok in their role. Others performed according to their roles with none making their mark on their movers.

Technical: The storyline  of Naa Nuvve is simple and predictable. Sharreth elevated the scenes with his impactful background music. However his music, except for couple of songs turned out to be average. P. C. Sreeram with his cinematography captured the natural scenic locations in a beautiful manner. However editing could have been far better.  The Production values by Cool Breeze Cinemas are good.

Analysis: Naa Nuvve is all about the romantic tale of a girl who believes in destiny and a guy who doesn’t believe in the concept of destiny. Though Naa Nuvve is a romantic movie but the chemistry between KalyanRam and Tamannah Bhatia has disappointed the audiences. There are few illogical scenes in Naa Nuvve like Meera (Tamannah Bhatia) camping in a train station for 36 hours. Naa Nuvve’s  first half features Vennela Kishore, Bithri Satti and Priyadarshi  but only Bithri’s traffic cop act grabs the attention of audiences. The second half  of  Naa Nuvve also has few forced glitches and this affected the film’s overall output. Jayendra Panchapakesan should have worked on the story and script of Naa Nuvve before proceeding ahead with the project.
