IIFA Awards 2018 full winners list: Tumhari Sulu, Sridevi and Irrfan Khan bag top honours

IIFA Awards 2018 concluded last night at a starry gathering in Bangkok. The list of attendees included Kartik Aaryan, Karan Johar, Ayushmann Khurrana, Shraddha Kapoor, Rekha, Arjun Kapoor, Varun Dhawan, Kriti Sanon, Ranbir Kapoor, Dia Mirza, to name a few. The performances kept everyone entertained throughout the night. But we are here to talk about the most important aspect of this event – the winners. The decision must have been tough, with some of the best names in the industry competing against each other. Sridevi was awarded the Best Actor Female award posthumously for her performance in the revenge thriller Mom. Boney Kapoor collected the award on her behalf. “I have mixed emotions today. I miss her every minute and second of my life. I still feel she is around here….I want you all to support Janhvi like you supported her mother…” said a teary-eyed Boney while accepting the honour.

This was Sridevi’s third posthumous award for the film after Zee Cine Award and National Film Award. Hindi Medium got its due credit.
