Aishwarya Rai Stuns in Black & Oxblood Anarkali at an Event

Apart from her jaw-drop looks, our lenses recently spotted Aishwarya Rai at an event in Mumbai. Dressed in a quirky black anarkali, here's decoding Ash's look.

Aishwarya Rai has been the queen of hearts ever since she was crowned Miss World in 1994. Apart from those beautiful Jade eyes and million dollar smile, Ash has been the queen of the silver screen too. Guru to Fanney Khan, Ash is a phenomenal performer. But apart from her on-screen appearances, Ash has always grabbed our attention with her spiffy fashion choices. After wowing us at the Cannes Film Festival red carpet earlier this year, our lenses just spotted the diva at the IMC Ladies' Wing's Women Entrepreneurship Exhibition earlier today. Dressed in a black shaded Anarkali, its safe to say that Ash can pull any look off with total panache. Ash opted for Kutchi printed mirror work embroidery that was shaded in the shades of black and maroon. With finely embroidered work, the Anarkali is pretty until you reach the bottom of it. The floor-length Anarkali has dark, bold flowers towards the tapering end that are a tad bit disappointing.

Sticking to her staple look, Ash opted for a light foundation with highlighted cheekbones. With winged eyeliner and oodles of mascara, Ash stuck to a red lipstick. Ash is undoubtedly stunning, but we wish she'd experiment with her make-up look more often. With side-swept wavy hair, Ash surely knows how to grab our attention. 

Over the last few days, proud hubby, Abhishek Bachchan addressed his wife as a one-woman army. Speaking to Deccan Chronicle, Abhi said, "When I was single, I would just pack my bags with the essentials and head off. Now that I am a family man, I try to put some effort into packing for all of us. But before I can get to it, I find that Aishwarya has already done everything that needs to be done. She’s a one-woman army, I must say." We can't wait for the lovebirds to share space on the silver screen yet again.
