Vijay Devarakonda Talks About Remuneration

Grapevine in the Industry is that Vijay Devarakonda hiked his remuneration so much after the stupendous success of 'Geetha Govindam'. The Actor himself gave a clarity over the speculations during a recent media interaction - 'I have attained this stature at a rapid pace. Yet to get sync with the stardom I had attained. I don't think about raising my pay package while signing every movie. I treat every movie as my last project and work accordingly'.

Films such as 'NOTA' and 'Taxiwala' were signed even before the release of 'Geetha Govindam'. So, There is no scope for hike in the remuneration for these projects. It is up to the Producer to decide if Vijay deserves more pay considering his growing craze.

While interacting with Tamil Media, Vijay Devarakonda disclosed that a multi-starrer with Suriya is under consideration.

When media persons asked if he watches the movies of Tamil Star Vijay, Vijay Devarakonda has honestly said he is yet to watch any of the movies of Ilayathalapathy. He, however, claims to have seen trailers and few scenes of Vijay's films.
