Hyderabad Beauty Troubles Kollywood Makers

We often see heroines complaining about nepotism, gender discrimination, objectification and casting couch allegations.  Many heroines are hitting the headlines with all these things.  That doesn't mean heroines are always at the receiving end.  Sometimes filmmakers are also troubled by the heroines.

In a recent development, heroine Poonam Kaur left the shooting location incurring a loss to the producers. Going into the details,  Poonam Kaur was roped in as the main female lead in a Tamil film 'Nandu En Nanban'.  The makers have planned shooting on Saturday. Poonam got into some argument with the director and the unit members. She left the place without informing anyone later.  

Production manager said that producers have spent so much on her by giving star hotel accommodation etc.  She refused the film's costume designer and charged extra for designing her own costumes.. even after conceding all her demands she is troubling the film unit. He said that they tried to contact the heroine later but she is disconnecting the phone.  He revealed to the media that they are planning to lodge a complaint on her in the Producer's Council.   We have to wait and see how Poonam is going to respond on the issue.
